In our Parish the Sacrament of Confirmation is conferred during Mass every two years in Patrickswell and Ballybrown churches, for Fifth and Sixth Class pupils in Patrickswell and Ballybrown schools who are Catholic.
The date for Confirmation is decided by the Diocese during the school year of Confirmation.
Usually the Sacrament of Confirmation is conferred by the Bishop.
Confirmation 2022: Was conferred by Bishop Brendan Leahy on Thursday 7th April, without Mass, for both Patrickswell and Ballybrown schools.
