21 October 2018.
This Sunday is Mission Sunday
Every Church, in every parish across the globe celebrates Mission Sunday. We do it to support the fearless and selfless work of missionaries – our brothers and sisters who live shoulder-to-shoulder with people in need, directly in communities that are struggling and often war-torn. It’s a day to fully appreciate the dedication of these people who are there before, during and after any crisis.
It’s also the one Sunday in the year that Pope Francis directly asks for your extra generosity so that faith, hope and love may continue to be spread to every corner of our planet. Please support generously. Thank you.
“Do this in Memory Programme 2018/2019” We welcome the 2nd class children from Patrickswell NS along with their families to their first mass of this Programme Sunday next 28th October at 11.30am.
Launch of the Patrickswell/Ballybrown website will take place this weekend in Patrickswell after Saturday evening mass and in Ballybrown after Sunday morning mass.
